Overview

This Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management is an advanced postgraduate qualification designed for aspiring and existing HR managers. It provides 120 credits towards a full MBA, typically requiring a further 60 credits via a dissertation or dissertation plus one module through a university top-up route. Delivered fully online with flexible start dates, the programme consists of six modules and six written assignments. Learners develop strategic capability across people management, employee engagement, organisational learning, performance management, resourcing and reward, employment relations and law, and business research methods. On completion, learners may progress to MBA, MSc, or MA top-up programmes at a range of UK universities, subject to entry requirements.

Entry requirements

Applicants must be aged 21 or over. Learners are normally expected to hold a Level 6 qualification or a first degree. Applicants with significant professional experience but no formal qualifications may be considered.
